We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days of your purchase.

Please note we photograph our ready to dispatch open boxes and label all our packaging as fragile to ensure your products arrive in same condition as dispatched. However we do not deliver ourselves so if there are any issues with the delivery please see our returns policy.

Returns

​

All returns must be postmarked within (14) days of the date You have received the goods.

​

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.

​

To return an item, please email customer service at support@pandamelts.co.uk and place the item securely in its original packaging.

​

You will receive email from customer service with your return number and return address.

​

Please note, you will be responsible for all return and shipping charges (unless the product is faulty or damaged). We strongly recommend that you use a tracked method to mail your return.

Refunds

Please note we do not accept refunds on custom made products ( unless faulty ), or if you do not like the scent or smell, the item has been used, the item has been opened or partially used.
